Offence-Reporting System

  Internal and external offence-reporting system is established according to Greatek “Communication Management Procedure”, “Codes of Ethical Business Conduct” and “Codes of Ethical Conduct” to ensure the implementation of Codes of Ethical Conduct and Codes of Ethical Business Conduct
   
  Internal and external offence-reporting system and disposition
  The Company has established independent email addresses for reporting for use by the Company's internal and external individuals. For employees who report on any violation of business ethics principles or perpetration of fraud, protection shall be offered to prevent unfair treatment or retribution.

Reports from internal and external individuals -> Evidence collecting -> Register -> Reply -> Case closed
   
Internal, external individuals can report illegal or unethical conducts in violation of business ethics principles through telephone, fax, mail, oral account, or others.
   
The individual who reports shall provide information such as the name, cause, time of occurrence, location, etc. of the person who has unlawful or unethical conduct to the responsible unit.
   
Acceptance unit: The unit that accepts the report is the responsible unit of the offence-reporting system.
   
Upon receiving an offence report about any personnel’s involvement in unethical conduct, responsible unit shall ascertain the relevant facts and collect evidences, and submit to President for disposition.
  ●Upon finishing verifying the offence report, the accused shall have the opportunity for appeal.
  ●For the personnel who violates ethical business conduct: If any personnel of the Company seriously violates ethical conduct, the Company shall dismiss the personnel from his/her position or terminate his/her employment in accordance with rewards and penalties of the Company
  ●If any personnel has engaged in unethical conduct which involves alleged illegality, the Company shall report the relevant facts to the judicial and prosecutorial authorities; where a public service agency or public official is involved, the Company shall additionally notify the governmental anti-corruption agency.
  ●For employees who report on violation of business ethics principles, protection shall be offered to prevent unfair treatment or retribution.
   
Documentation: Administration Department (responsible unit) shall register the information of reported cases in system for management and shall be reviewed by relevant units.
   
The board of directors shall receive a report on the unethical conduct and results, and responsible units shall be informed with the relevant failures in order to implement internal management and corrective measures.
   
Administration Department shall reply the results to accuser and the case shall be closed.
