Communication and Concern

Greatek respects the rights of the stakeholder, communicates with the stakeholders to understand their reasonable expectations and needs, appropriately respond as a reference for company decision making, and expects to create and share the achievements of sustainable operations.

●Stakeholder Identification

The CSR committee discusses with relevant departments to identify the significant stakeholders, which are employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers, government agencies, communities, and financial institutions, basing on the degree of influence on different stakeholders and the 5 major principles of the AA1000 SES Stakeholder Engagement Standard (dependence, responsibility, influence, multiple perspectives, and tension)

●Communication with Stakeholders

Greatek has diverse open, direct, transparent and effective communication channels to provide the relevant information about Greatek’s CSR management, further understand the issues concerned by the stakeholders, continuously monitor and improve the CSR performance, and respond to the expectations of the stakeholders. Report to the board of directors about the communication with stakeholders once a year.
